The People, Wellbeing & Thriving (PWT) Summit, organized by Pride Circle and NASDAQ, brings together forward-thinking leaders, people managers, and wellbeing advocates to reimagine how we care for ourselves, for others, and for the workplace culture we create.

Why This Summit, and Why Now?

The PWT Summit arrived at a critical moment in today’s corporate India, where stress, burnout, and disengagement are no longer isolated challenges, they’re part of a growing crisis.

The Numbers Speak for Themselves!

31% year-on-year increase in high or extreme
stress levels
among Indian employees

1 in 2 corporate employees in India is
now at risk of poor mental health

Among India’s Gen Z (ages 21–30),
64% report high stress

Nearly 90% say mental health is important to them,
but lack meaningful support at work

94% of GenZ are prioritizing work-life balance
than climbing to the top of their career ladder

Despite this urgency, stigma, fear of bias, and a lack of awareness continue to block real conversations around mental health at work. Many employees still hesitate to speak up, while organizations struggle to turn intent into impact.

The PWT Summit went beyond surface-level conversations about workplace wellness. It offered an action-oriented exploration of how organizations can embed wellbeing into every layer of their culture. From addressing generational stress and burnout among people managers to building psychological safety and personalizing support in hybrid environments, the summit is rooted in real-world challenges and forward-thinking solutions.

What We Explored at the PWT Summit

Future-ready leadership that blends empathy,
technology, and personalization.

The evolving role of people managers and
how to support their wellbeing.

Understanding and bridging the gap in mental
health concerns across generations.

Leveraging technology to personalize
and scale
employee wellbeing.

Intersectional insights and the growing need
to embed psychological safety at work.

Embedding care into work culture as
a norm, not an afterthought.

With a strong focus on intersectionality, we brought together diverse perspectives to help leaders create workplaces that are not only inclusive but truly people-first. This is where care meets accountability, and where the future of work is built with intention!
