The referrer earns points based on the years of work experience of the referred friend.

Definitions & Eligibility

Referrer

An individual registered under this program and will refer a job seeker.
A person who is referring their friend who is seeking a job.
Referrer may/may not be from LGBTI+ Community.
Referrer’s age must be 18 years and above as on the day of registration.

Referee

An individual who will be referred as a job seeker.
A job seeking person who will be referred by their friend.
Referee must be from LGBTI+ Community only.
Referee’s age must be 18 years and above as on when they are referred.

Emailed Referral’s (Resume sent via email) will not be eligible for Referral Program.

For a valid submission please provide information across every single field when submitting a resume.Referrer’s Name (person who is referring the resume) and e-mail id is mandatory.

As per our referral program policy referrer can earn points as per following:Resume submission Job offer made Successfully joining the offered job.

Points earned will be transferred to your Vantage Circle’s Account. (Login information will be shared via email once registered).

1 Vantage point = INR 1 and 100 points = INR 100.

Pride Circle reserves exclusive rights to modify the program policies as and when required.

You will be provided with a login ID and password to access Vantage Circle Platform.

Points summary will be accessible via your Vantage Circle account/dashboard.

Points can be redeemed against various partner brands available on Vantage Circle platform.

Valid information across each field is a must.Name & e-mail id of the referrer is mandatory.
Your referral is valid for a duration of 6 months from the date of referring.
Points earned will be subject to following criteria: When you refer a friend or When your friend gets a job offer and joins the hiring company.
Points earned have unlimited validity.
Points earned are redeemable via our channel partner Vantage Circle’s portal.
Upon registering for Referral Program, you will receive login information for your Vantage Circle Account.
Vantage Circle account, Points earned are not transferable.
Pride Circle reserves the right to confirm a successful job placement.
Successful job placement criteria: Acceptance of job offer and joining.
Vantage Circle’s T&C’s. are also applicable.
