Mandatory Requisites:
- Professional Certifications: MBA/PGDM in HR Preferred, Certifications in HR
- Exposure of industry requirement: Pharma/ Healthcare/ Diagnostics Exposure preferred.
Minimum 7 years.
- Proven work experience in a managerial role with reporting for at least 2 years

Description
We are looking to hire an individual with a good network, deep knowledge and good leadership in the
areas of - Recruitment: Setting Processes, revising SOPs, building controls and governance in quality and speed
of Recruitment, Run Internal Referral programs, reduce cost, chase annual forecast and budget for
recruitment, drive improvements
- Develop compensation and benefits benchmarks and build adherence and revision plans as required
- Own the HR Annual and monthly objectives, track progress and set and govern controls
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (payroll systems, PMS and ATS)
- HR Data Administration and Management, review and own departmental budget and savings
- Manage Statutory Compliance, maintain HR procedures that comply with labour regulations
- Run Employee Engagement & Rewards & Recognition within budgets, publish calendar, own Culture
improvement, ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner
- Manage performance through Development, PIP, and run the Employee Separation process including
full and final and relieving letter as per policies
- Ensure attendance in Business Management meets, meet leaders, identify and solve issues wherever
possible through HR interventions
- Run Workshops wherever required in induction, build the Onboarding program, with strict adherence
to induction process
- Own the Culture change and D&I focus as per the Organisation Vision
