WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION AT OUR FARM?
Grow the food category share for our Farm in revenue & market share.
• Understand food category trends across company & channels
• Understand consumer requirements & insights from products
• Analyze sales across channels into food subcategories
• Calendarize category initiatives with focus products within FMCG, Consumer durable, or D2C.
• Plan channel-wise initiatives for focus products
• Media planning & execution of campaigns for specific initiatives
• Portfolio planning in terms of market competitiveness
WHAT WILL NEED FOR THIS ROLE?
• Proven work experience managing brand strategy of a good brand.
• MBA mandatory – Full-time program
• 1-3yrs of brand management experience with P&L responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Good organizational skills
• Familiarity/Knowledge expertise in kids' segment/food/recipe content
• Creative inclination towards problem-solving
