As part of the User Assistance development team, you are responsible for taking complex information and communicating it in a manner that is easy to consume. You can use documentation, videos, in-app help, infographics, and other deliverables to enable customers. Our team works in a flexible model and has a strong ethos built on integrity, customer- centricity, and innovation. We encourage you to drive content enablement for our cloud solutions.

The Role

  • Participate in and drive innovative projects to improve UA deliverables, processes, and content.
  • Work closely with product management and development to deliver content that is clear, concise, and accurate.
  • Proactively acquire product knowledge and learn new skills emerging in user assistance and share your learnings with the team.
  • Gather feedback on deliverables from customers and other stakeholders and continuously improve content.
  • Be the advocate for user experience in your interactions with product management, development, and UX teams. ┬áRole Requirements
  • 5-10 Years of experience in information development, technical writing, or content development
  • A university degree preferably in technical writing or a related subject such as language, translation, or communication studies
  • First language proficiency in English with excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills
  • Working knowledge of DITA content management system and TechSmith Camtasia is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to quickly adapt to change and acquire knowledge
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a diverse global team
