  • Should be a BE/ BTech with at least 12 – 18 years of relevant sales experience in Tier 1 Organization in Electrical Machinery/ Power Electronics Segments. An MBA will be an added qualification.
  • Should have significant experience in the Sales & Commercials with top industry customers at CXO & decision making levels.
  • The Person should have good oral and written communication skills, should be able to collaborate and work with Cross functional teams
  • Should have demonstrated problem solving abilities, Program/ Project Management
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

Description


  • Responsible for selling Variable Speed drives, Motors, Generators, services, or projects with responsibility on multiple segments (Steel, Mining, Marine, Power, Transportation, O&G etc)
  • Will be the National Sales Spearhead position with Specific focus to West and North India
  • Requires specialized knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups. Requires commercial awareness, and is expected to influence the development of strategy for their broad sales territory, including control of resources and customer outcome discussions.
  • Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends standard methodologies to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work. build long term relationships and build value based pipeline.
  • Uses high level of judgment while handling complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to partners or customers. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a direction
  • May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view.
  • Develops deep Connects with CXOs at key accounts in the area of work
