Job Description/ Responsibilities:

  • Drive design and implementation of highly effective results-driven strategies and practices for Campus, Lateral & Leadership Hiring.

  • Use market data and knowledge of talent pool to develop sourcing plans and strategies and translate this to a fact-based recommendation

  • Ability to execute recruitment strategy with attention to details

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding

  • Experience in diversity sourcing, and interview processes.

  • Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping,

  • Negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making.

  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques

  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards

Essential Experience:

  • Proficient in sourcing through Social Networking like Linkedin etc.

  • Possess strong technical/business knowledge and understanding of technical requirements, deep sourcing skills, excellent candidate assessment skills.

  • Having experience of IT/Non-IT sourcing & headhunting.

  • Expertise in ramping up the large numbers (Volume hiring) within the given period and budget allocation.

  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal & problem-solving skills. 


  • You have experience hiring LGBT+ talent.

  • You are comfortable with Social Media platforms and engagement.

  • You think “out of the box” and can lead them to execution.
