Due diligence, transaction, DD phase, M&A, in-licensing, out-licensing, divestment, partnering, mitigation, M&A strategy


Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to
•Support Sr. NTO BD Manager in due diligence activities for transactions. Provide project management during DD phase, for assigned M&A, in-licensing, out-licensing, divestment, or partnering deals
•Co-leads (together with Sr. NTO BD Manager) cross-functional technical due diligence teams in NTO, to support the evaluation of external opportunities Supports Sr. NTO BD Manager to provide robust and timely technical due diligence recommendations to Senior Management in NTO.
•Organize NTO DD team meetings, invite team, prepare agenda and minutes, coordinate preparation of DD 2-pager, as well as DD, reports.
•Manage NTO question tracker, and track answers provided by the partner (timing and relevance)
•Review content of virtual data rooms relevant for NTO, and inform subject matter experts in NTO about relevant documents, ask for and track assessment of documents, and update question tracker accordingly.
•Supports Sr. NTO BD Manager, to ensures that the NTO section of the due diligence report is fair, factual, high quality; and providing NTO recommendation in full including a summary of key risks identified for NTO and appropriate mitigation steps.
Minimum requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
•MBA from Top B-School
•Fluent spoken & written English. Additional languages are a plus.
•High performing, credible professional, with a track- record of successfully leading strategic and global / cross-functional projects and teams.
•Cultural awareness and sensitivity; ability to network and communicate with all levels of the organization.
•Broad understanding of M&A and strategy
