Duties & responsibilities What this job involves

  • Managing day-to-day interactions with the client & internal teams on any data requirement for the account
  • Responsible for all reports to the client- weekly, monthly & quarterly along with campaign reports from Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics data
  • Assisting with the production of reporting and analysis for all media metrics including owned/earned media, report performance and insights on an ongoing basis
  • Support with the configuration, management or maintenance of analytics related products and software (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Data Studio, Google Ads, DoubleClick, AWR, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Google Search Console, ABM products, Email Marketing analytics, Social Media marketing analytics)
  • Responsible for updating industry benchmarks and internal benchmarks data and competitor analysis
  • Responsible for delivering basic trainings to internal stakeholders
  • Managing project based ad-hoc requirements of the client
  • Ensuring seamless project delivery (accuracy & timeliness) & effective client management
  • Executing tasks around client servicing like proactively responding to client requests, seeking feedback etc. Sound like you?
