Job Description:

We are looking for a talented manager in Digital Marketing to join our team. You will work with our business team and partner them to improve stakeholder engagement. You should have solid experience in marketing, preferably digital marketing with a project management and a customer service approach. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools could add value to Business strategy and performance to bring about required digital transformation. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term vision and strategy in focus.

Duties:

  • Act as the point of contact for digital transformation projects
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with Brand Managers and maintain frequent contact
  • Co-create strategies focusing on multichannel approach to ensure growth
  • Ensure accurate and targeted database selection including segment optimisation
  • Manage and build drip marketing strategy including multiple channels like email, sms, ivr and others
  • Set KPIs for each project/ campaign. Measure and present them periodically
  • Ensure a project management approach for all the initiatives with a key eye on finer details to ensure adherence to timelines and tracking achievements.
  • Good knowledge on how to build right content strategy and content formats for specific situations and objectives in the projects keeping both offline and online integration in mind.
  • Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase reach, ROI, etc.
  • Address business queries effectively and in a timely manner.  Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends Competencies: Proven work experience in Marketing/ Digital Marketing / Digital account manager
  • Experience of building tech led systems for overall business transformation.
  • Ready for field works and connect with stakeholders as and when needed.
