Function Customer Centricity & Operations Job Purpose

The role incumbent will be responsible for running the backend processing of all customer loan interactions.

Role

• Set up and manage end to end front end operations for all asset products for the city/location.
• Quick and Detailed data entry operations
• Document Verification Management – Maker checker operations
• Document Scan and Upload Management
• Ensure adherence to all front end operations process in collaboration with other functions like sales, credit, customer service, collections.
• Ensure process & people efficiencies of highest standards enhancing the customer experience .
