Qualification & experience

  • Years of experience – 4 years (if premier B school) to 12 years
  • Mandatory Qualification – Post Graduation in HR or psychology
  • Good to have – prior experience of HRBP for at least 2 years Essential skills
  • Ability to work in unstructured and evolving situations with an open mind
  • Taking of initiatives, strong execution skills, forward thinking ability to anticipate hurdles
  • Display high degree of empathy to connect with employees, vendors, agencies etc.

Job Purpose

The role incumbent will be responsible for ensuring smooth implementation of end-to-end employee lifecycle HR processes for their region which includes business partnering, recruitment, employee engagement, HR policy and implementation and Learning and Development. Role

  • Create and manage the HR plan for the region including head count planning in line with business strategy
  • Ensuring timely recruitment of the right quality resources, evaluate a mix of sourcing pools to meet the resourcing needs and HC budgets
  • Managing the capability in the region by ensuring learning initiatives are executed in the region. Work with the L&OD CoE to ensure employees are imparted functional trainings and certifications
  • Ensure adherence to all HR processes both from timelines and quality of how these processes are experienced by employees. Give a high quality experience to employees and manage all HR life cycle processes.
  • Will be first point of contact for any employee grievance. They should facilitate education of all employees in the region on Compliances, CoC, and other mandatory trainings.
  • Drive employee engagement and connect with the employees in the region, be the culture custodian and uphold organization culture and values.
  • They will be the face of all strategic people initiatives and should also share ground up information about employee welfare and competition best practices.
