Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Office Branch – Setting up of branches and Liaison with landlord. Building Management, Vendor management and consultants
  • Managing Statutory compliances, vendor mobilization and registration
  • South region branches entire office administration, visits to offices/locations periodically.
  • Responsible for office admin infra, Maintenance & repair of South offices/ locations.
  • Group travel management and policy implementation including managing corporate travel, ticketing & hotel bookings.
  • Managing entire mobility/ communication including COCP connection, Data cards, landlines etc.
  • Responsible for new initiatives rollouts across group companies and monitoring the same for constant improvement.
  • Manage purchase & contacting, Lead vendor negotiations & establishing a sustainable, mutually beneficial relationship with them.

  • Automation of corporate activities with a focus on seamless delivery of services to the end user.
  • Event coordination and management, organizing off sites etc.
  • Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Handling Housekeeping, Fire, Safety & security for offices.
  • Responsible for vendor payments on timely basis

Qualification & Experience:

  • Min. Graduation with at least 5-6 years of relevant experience
  • Corporate travel profile
