Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor Reports to: FACLITY EXECUTIVE Job Purpose Render duties for smooth and uninterrupted routine functioning of the site Dimensions Direct reporting to the AFM Knowledge, Skills and Experience Knowledge of Housekeeping, Cleaning Agents and Cleaning Equipment & Tools. Key Result Area/ Job Responsibilities Plan, organize and supervise the team and ensure they are carrying out the job as per set norms. Priorities the activities, in case of any special events or crises.. eg. Shortage of manpower. Keep the client informed about crises or some exceptional activities and correction action taken from your end. Ensure that the quality if a service is as per our company standards and work procedure is followed. Taking rounding at regular intervals to ensure all the activities are carried out as per the schedule. Ensure briefing and de-briefing of all the shifts. Ensure daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly schedules are followed. Note the snag and maintenance jobs and assign to the concerned. Make note if not done or carry forward to the next shift. If any TENON or complaint from the client, make a note of the same, take corrective action and most importantly give the client and your reporting officer, feedback on the action taken. Be observant incase of any abnormality, unsafe conditions found and report to the concerned authority. Maintain inventory and ensure only required stock is replenished. Ensure all the required documents are maintained at site. Ensure all the equipments are working condition. If not inform the concerned and get them rectified immediately. Ensure that not only client premises are clean but also our stock and equipments are in a clean place and in proper condition. Take regular feedback from the client on the site performance and corrective action based on the feedback. Conduct orientation and training for new staff on site. Ensure staff welfare and grievances handling is done on time. You should be a problem solver. If its beyond your capacity, you should be able to inform your seniors. All attendance records are well kept and submitted to office on time. Ensure all bills are submitted on time and collection is done on a monthly basis. Always keep the work environment healthy and motivate the team. Be a leader and take new initiatives and innovate ideas to break the monotony. Add to existing customers and promote business like projects on electrical, plumbing, painting, pest management etc,.
