Role Summary:
The incumbent is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets through channel partners.
Role Specifications:
Channel Partner screening and creating a network of channel intermediaries
• Screens for potential channel partners, with specific target markets, in consistence with the
business requirements
• Considers factors like size, viability, suitability for target market, management competency, etc of
the channel partners
• Researches on channel partners’ track record, experience, credibility, technical knowledge, etc
• Maintains the paperwork related to channel partner registration
• Creates and maintains a database of channel partners
• Driving sales numbers consistently
• Basic productivity is to be met
• Clear activity trackers with CPs and driving them relentlessly with the superiors support
Managing Channel Network
• Aligns the channel partner with the organization’s long term goals to ensure maximum mutual
profitability
• Develops a roadmap for establishing a smooth and stable working relationship with the channel
partner
• Compares revenue impact vs availability of alternatives while dealing with partners.
• Follows up with channel partners to meet targets
• Maintains MIS records of Channel partners’ performance
• Keeps track of invoices and payments from channel partners

Qualification & Experience:
MBA / Graduate with 4 - 8 years of sales experience.
