BASIC FUNCTION

This position has primary responsibility for managing processes that support the global programs of HR

Centers of Expertise. Current scope includes managing workflows which provide support in the areas of

compensation, benefits, onboarding, learning, development, and reporting.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Delivery

  • Manage service delivery of global Corporate Enterprise programs – compensation, benefits,

onboarding, learning, development, and HR reporting.

  • Ensure performance of processes within Corporate Enterprise functions assist in the overall

achievement of HR Shared Services performance targets.

  • Address service delivery suspensions or obstacles that require managerial judgement and

knowledge – root cause research, analyze issues and facts, use standard policies/procedures,

to resolve complex cases.

  • Drive data quality and audit practices which recognize the HRIS system as the core system for

HR data.

  • Manage global HR reporting requests - understand reporting requirement, systems of storage,

data extraction, and generation of source reports. Design recurrent report requests to be auto

scheduled.

Process Management

  • Partner with the Compensation Corporate Enterprise Function in the execution of cyclical and

annual merit programs. Scope to include data preparation, data upload, review, audit, and

partnership with key stakeholders.

  •  Partner with the Benefits Corporate Enterprise Function in the execution of cyclical and annual

benefits programs – with a key focus on enrollment, qualified plan changes, benefits billing,

pension administration, and 401(k) administration.

  • Partner with the Labor and Employment Corporate Enterprise function to understand and deliver

compliance in onboarding requirements and governmental reporting.

  • Manage and improve processes that support the  Corporate Enterprise Function in the

delivery of delivery of development programs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • A bachelor’s degree and a minimum 2 years of experience is required.
  • Experience as a user of any large scale HRMS (SAP preferred, Workday, SuccessFactors,

Peoplesoft) is must.

  • Must have worked in an environment with ticketing/ case management (ServiceNow,

JIRA…etc.) systems to drive efficient results in SLA.

  • A strong knowledge of all HR data management principles. Previous experience delivering

compensation and benefits programs is highly desirable.

  • Previous formal or informal people leadership experience required.
  • Must demonstrate the following competencies:
