Job Purpose: The incumbent will be responsible for championing customer communication across platforms.


Role:

  • Drive customer experience initiatives focused on customer communication at all customer touch points – Online and Offline Channels
  • Set up a comprehensive customer communication strategy in line with the brand messaging - which is devoid of duplication and is customer centric from Lead to Sales and post sales process.
  • Run NPS program for the company
  • Support and develop customer communication scripts for contact center for both online and offline to ensure consistency in brand tonality
