Job Title: Community Manager

Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore

Employment: Full Time

Experience: 4-5 years

Job Description:

The role of a community manager is to act as the bridge between a brand and the community it is aiming to create (i.e., a loyal audience or group of core consumers connected by a similar interest). They should be the brand's ambassador, engaging with potential customers and building relationships with existing ones.

1. Engage with and grow a real community of mothers who love our farm

2. Nurture this community to be our first point of contact for all new products launches, customer insight and feedback

3. Integrate this community through all social media platforms and be a voice for the brand

(Similar to boat heads etc)

4. Have a pulse on what topics matter to the target group of young parents and work with the Marketing team on improving our customer connection

5. Manage and moderate FB groups, manage and grow community over WhatsApp and email

6. Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner

7. Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews

8. Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency

9. Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and


10. Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists

11. Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends


Requirements and skills

1. Proven work experience as a community manager Eg: Experience launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)

2. Excellent verbal communication skills

3. Excellent writing skills

4. Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels

5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
