  • Age less than 28 years
  • Graduate with 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer service and Real Estate Pre-Sales
  • Desirable exposure in lead generation will be an added advantage
  • Need to be an aggressive player and need to have strong convincing skills.
  • Fluency in language as per the process requirement. Need to be fluent in Hindi & English.
  • Strong skills negotiation /Active listing skills
  • Willing to work in Rotational shifts and rotational weekly off as per process requirement. 6 days working with split weekly off
  • Also, willing to work in 24*7 window, if required depending on the expansion of business.

Process Policies and Regulations:

  • No Late comings, everyone should report 15 minutes prior to his/her shift timings.
  • Process Timings - 9 AM to 7 PM ( Monday to Sunday),
  • Shift duration 9hrs. Login 7.45hrs. Break 1 hr. (15/30/15min)as per the process availability/ Call Flow.
  • Male - 2 Shifts ( 9 AM to 6 PM, 10 AM to 7 PM)
  • Female - 2 Shifts ( 9 AM to 6 PM, 10 AM to 7 PM)
  • Should be willing to work on weekends as well. No Saturday and Sunday Fixed off and will be rostered as per process requirement.
  • Leaves, Compo Off will be given on the basis of call flow. (No Leaves can be adjusted in the middle of the roster, it will be marked absent and same will not be changed though he/she have leaves in their kitty.
  • Dress Code - Monday to Thursday - Formals, Friday to Sunday - Smart Casuals.
  • Client Numbers cannot be shared with anybody in the Company Premises (Except Supervisors, only for official purpose), he/she can be terminated with immediate effect.
  • External Devices like Mobile Phones, Pen drive etc. not allowed on the operation floor. Strict action will be taken, if found guilty.
  • Nobody can do a Login/Logout for other CCE, same will also lead to a Termination with immediate effect.
  • If any agent found doing wrong practices such as (Refreshing avail time/ High Wrap Time / High Break, Time / Unscheduled Absenteeism / Sharing Customer information with any of the competitor etc.) same will lead to a termination without any prior notice.

Added Advantage:

  • Any Additional Language.
  • They must have good knowledge of the property market in their area and be familiar with local facilities (schools, shopping and mass transportation) so that they can provide the customers, information they need, to make right decisions.
  • CCE needs to reside near to work location - Within 10 KMs (This will help in managing the rosters and late comings).


  • Call Centre Executive (CCE) will be responsible for the Customer service and Sales Function(lead generation), would require candidate to filter the leads for real estate projects.
  • CCE who manages both inbound and outbound calls, as per the customer requirements.
  • Good communication skills required and get certified on the process. Enriching the customer for getting the right property along with the customer satisfaction. Screening & segmentation of prospects as per pre-defined process. Adhering to process compliance & quality parameters
  • .Manage prospect  query when customer calls on the Inbound numbers and convert tele-conversation into Hot lead.
  • Provide buyers with details of properties that fit their requirements in terms of price, size and location.
  • Offer buyers a selection of properties available for sale and arrange visits to view the properties with the help of the Sales Agent.
  • Need to Connect the call, post filtering the requirements, with Sales Agent who can provide further assistance in searching the right property for the customer.
  • Advise buyers on price and discuss offers with them, acting as mediators between Customer and Sales Agent.
  • They need to follow-up and contact prospective buyers directly if a property for sale closely matches to their requirements
  • They also must be good negotiators and mediators to help buyers get the right property.
  • They need good marketing skills to enable them to present a persuasive picture of a property while speaking to the customer.
  • To participate in Quality & Training activities and ensure adherence to business & process hygiene.
