Position: Branch Director-South
■ All the day to day operations of FM sites will be monitored and governed by this resource who will ensure effective implementation of FM Guidelines, SOP, Work instructions by each and every resources at site.
■ Responsible for P&L at each site level and guide the onsite team members to ensure monthly payables and receivables are in line with budgets with marginal variance if any.
■ Coordinates with various internal stakeholders such as HR for recruitment of onsite resources, Accounts/finance for invoicing and collection of payments, legal team for signing of agreements respectively.
■ Need to develop and maintain the contract governance mechanism for each site including various meetings with onsite team as well as society management committee and residents on frequent basis.
■ Scheduling a monthly/quarterly/ half yearly review mechanism with concerned stakeholders & clients with a formulated MMR, QBR, HBR reports.
■ Should be part of all the MMR reviews conducted onsite
■ This resource along with onsite team need to build up strong resident engagements at site level to improve customer satisfaction to avoid executive escalations from facility management perspective.
■ Schedules, assigns, reviews, and supervises the work of all employees in Facilities Operations representing a variety of work skills necessary for the maintenance and repair, customer centricity, safety & security of the premises
■ Build up strong business relationship with vendor partners by defining SOW, SLA’s, KPI and targets to ensure quality FM services to the residents.
■ Building a strong relationship with client for long term business
■ Should be able to lead team in effective manner
■ Lead and manage all resources and team members in the region. Ensure compliance to business codes and regulations in the region.
■ Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Hotel Management/ MBA with 10-15 yrs. experience.
■ Experience in Property/Facility Management
■ Leadership quality
■ Must have the capacity to "wear many hats".
■ Effective trouble shooting techniques.
■ Ability to understand financial management
■ Ability to train, assigns, organize, prioritize, motivate, supervise and evaluate the work of assigned employees and contractors.
