Legal & Labor Compliance- Ensure compliance with all labor relations law & policy.
To negotiate and consult with associates on behalf of management with a view to achieve positive outcomes and broad agreement to proposals.
To avoid industrial conflict or strike and develop harmonious relations, which are an essential factor in the productivity of workers and the industrial progress of a country
Welfare Activity- To improve the economic conditions of workers in the existing state of industrial managements and political government
Uninterrupted Production & Controlling Absenteeism- To ensure continuity of production by optimum resource utilization, resulting in the maximum possible production
To raise productivity to a higher level in an era of full employment by lessening the tendency to high turnover and frequency absenteeism
Guidance & Support- To provide advice and guidance on all the IR aspects of pay and reward projects, changes to pay related terms and conditions of employment, pay reviews and their implementation
Liasioning Agent- To maintain liaison with trade unions & other political bodies so as to meet and contribute to the development and implementation of diversity action plans that comply with the overall aims of the industrial relations strategy.
Training and Development- To impart training to workers as per training calendar
To train employee on soft skills like Team Work, Leadership, Time management, Effective communication, Creativity and problem solving, supervisory skill, Personality development, interpersonal skill, stress management, Ice breaks game etc
To implement OD activity like Kaizen, Quality Circle, CFT, 5S, Suggestion scheme, grievances solving mechanism
